  • There are several programs online now that “mimic” Excel. I’ve evaluated several and THINKFREE comes the closest to Excel. It is missing only one function that our worksheets require to populate with occupation specific deductions on the expense page. We can support you in using Thinkfree, much as in Excel, to fill out your forms if you follow the simple instructions below
  • Send an Email to Appointments@DRTaxGuys.com
  • Include in the email to us:
    • Legal name of Taxpayer and Spouse if applicable.
    • The last 3 digits of the Taxpayer Social Security number.
    • The occupation of the Taxpayer and of the Spouse if applicable.
  • We will create an account for you and upload our Forms with your occupation specific deductions.
  • We will email you with instructions on how to access your ThinkFree account including your user id and your password.
  • After completing your Forms online, make sure you print a copy for you and for your appointment with us.
  • Also if you changed your password, please bring the new password to your appointment so we can access your forms online and download to our server.
  • Please understand that we need 48 HOURS notice prior to your appointment with us to set up your account.

  NOTE: This program is only useful if you have high-speed internet access.

NOTE: If you are having problems “SAVING” you are probably not opening the file under the “Power Edit” option and are simply clicking on the file name. You must use POWER EDIT to save. Please see your email from us with your username and id for more instructions.
