Choose the old system forms by clicking on the button to the left for the year for which you would like to file with us.

If you are a Married Couple filing jointly, the spouse should use the “add. income page” for their income and you will need to fill the “expense page” out twice, one for each person.

The “expense page” is mainly geared for the “Arts” but can be used by any profession with minimal changes. Please try to use the EXCEL method if possible as you have the ability to have profession specific deductions via the Excel method due to the increased user friendliness of this method.

Please print a copy of all pages for you and a copy of all pages for me to bring to your appointment. Remember to print each page as you fill them out before you move to the next page. After moving to a new page, all information entered on the old page may be deleted. 

ONCE AGAIN - REMEMBER THAT NO INFORMATION SAVES - PRINT BEFORE MOVING TO THE NEXT PAGE!
